The National Student Clearinghouse will respond to requests for enrollment and degree verification.

To conveniently serve our students and companies or organizations around the clock who need to inquire about degrees awarded or enrollment data, Arkansas Tech University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as its agent for verification of student enrollment status.

Students, you may obtain enrollment verification free by clicking on the Students button below.  As a security measure, you will be routed to our Student Information System log in page before being directed to the National Student Clearinghouse.  Accessing your information through our SIS system assures protection of your information.  Only the Free Student Self-Service Enrollment Verification access will be restricted to access during the times our SIS server is available (currently 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday).     All other links and access are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Please note that the Clearinghouse is not able to process verifications requiring academic (g.p.a.) information.  These requests must be processed through the Registrar's Office.
